Ever since I have first heard of the F-22 I have liked it. As with the F-15 Eagle it is designed to replace, the F-22 Raptor is primairly a Interceptor Aircraft. It will be the United States Premere "Manned" Interceptor for the next 40 to 50 years!! The F-22 Raptor is an "Air Dominance" Interceptor, meaning that it "Rules the Sky's" in any conflict.

The F-22 is the worlds first true "Stealth Fighter" the F-117 and B-2 are both bombers. In testing against the F-15, the F-22 Raptor, has scored over 300 "Kills" while loosing only 2. The Raptor gets to the fight first, and it leaves last!!
