If you're looking for high speed, here's a great setup: Himax 2025-5300 | 2100 mAh 11.1 V lipo, | APC 7x6 prop | 25 amp ESC. This setup will pull about 20 amps and should provide a top speed of nearly 70 mph.
That's quite a bit faster than the 50-55 mph you get with my usual park jet setup (Himax 2015-4100, 4.4 gearing, APC 9x7.5 prop), at the expense of about 3 oz more weight.
